He always took the time to listen to what we wanted and asked what we liked and disliked about the houses. He was always willing to work around our schedules and show us houses on weekends and evenings. Even after the contract was signed, he helped with insurance questions. It took us almost a year of searching and looking through dozens of houses to find our home, which we absolutely LOVE. Tyler was patient through the entire process, and I never felt pushed to buy something that wasn't for us.
