The workers here generally have a terrible attitude (except for 1 worker, and his name slips my mind). Not friendly and only try to upscale their candy bars to you. I went in once and got an unwanted and undeserved attitude from the cashier (Lisa I think was her name). Avoid this place if possible. There's a Dillons gas station right down the street.

  • Matt Lyon is an extremely dedicated and devoted state farm insurance agent who prides himself of tumultuous exemplary customer service who pledges and executes the best and least cost effective solution to any insurance policy. Personally, I can not say this enough, you want and need Matt Lyon as your insurance agent. Every time I see my agent (Matt), he is always implementing discounts and saving me money on my policy. He is ready, available, and eager to work with me even beyond normal business hours, I mean the guy does not sleep, he is committed to providing excellent service in all facets and working to the bitter end to achieve my needs. Take it from a guy who has trouble trusting insurance agents, Matt makes it a joy and worry free when it comes to insurance. I am proud to say that I am a client of Matt Lyon's because the man is competent, true to his word, saves me money, and is someone I would refer my family, friends, colleagues, and even strangers to without any hesitation or doubt. Thanks Matt...keep your legacy going.

  • Greg and Carol are attorneys with a rare combination: they consistently exhibit great skill and knowledge with a friendly, direct approach that is refreshing. Their staff at Schwartz & Park Law are much the same, always personable and of high integrity. I strongly recommend either Attorney to anyone seeking legal representation.

Rented here for 2 years, started off pretty well expect for a few things. One problem was when I first moved in there was no hot water, they forgot to turn it on and the water heater was in a basement apartment which I could not access. Took several days to fix that. Another problem is that the lawn care is not good. They take way to long to come mow, if I could I would have mowed myself but there was nowhere to put a mower. They usually came by every three weeks to mow. Also, after storms would roll through, lots of branches everywhere and ones broken off in the trees stuck up there. Common sense tells me to get those out when u come mow but they never did, they also just left the ones in the yard there and just mowed around them. Another problem is the lady at the front. Don't ever call, she's pretty rude and never passes on a message. If u go in to their office, talk to the owner if u want something done, otherwise Ur just gonna get talked to like you are an idiot by her. Last thing that made me pretty mad( and this dropped them from a 4 star to a 3) was how they give back the deposit. Was only given half back. Most came out of cleaning. What was the point of me deep cleaning that place just for u to charge me to do it again and take my money...... Ya no point. They also charged me for a damaged door? I do not know what door was damaged though unless something happend while they were cleaning and just blammed me. So don't expect much if any of Ur deposit back because they look for reasons to keep it. Now for some positives. They have some nice solid front doors. They also keep the places up to date and have good cabinets, appliances, floors, walls, etc. If u get ahold of the owner, he's pretty good about working with ya on stuff and he's pretty friendly. From what others have told me, PRM is the best place to rent from in Hays which it might. Have only heard horror stories about other landlords. Final note. The apartment was over priced. Had to pay way to much for the size. Nearby towns have bigger homes for much less. If Ur a college kid, stay in the dorms, if Ur out of school, you will need at least 15$ per hour to afford the rent plus bills. Better yet, just leave Hays.
